Your weight varies from day to day by accidental factors such as moisture. Therefore it sometimes is recommended to determine your weight once a
week. I have devised a better way, that is to use the average calculated over the last 7 days. You do not get the irregular
progress of your weight from day to day (see chart left)
but a clear trend of your weight (see right chart).
